The District is looking for a qualified candidate that possesses strong management and communication skills and a keen understanding of the role and importance of water and wastewater treatment and conveyance systems, television and internet services, road maintenance services, public policy, and special district responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor’s degree in planning and public policy, engineering, public administration, business administration; or an equivalent combination of training and work experience is required. A Master’s degree in public administration, business administration or a closely related field of study is preferred.

Five years’ work experience in a comparable organization as the Manager or Assistant Manager; a comparable management position with at least five years of supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of training and work experience is required.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

The District offers a generous benefits package including 457 retirement plan and excellent health insurance benefits. The salary range for the District Manager position is:

Salary Range: $130,000 - $200,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
